With nearly 20 years in custodial operations and facility management, I specialize in diagnosing and redesigning custodial systems that directly impact cost, efficiency, and facility performance outcomes.

I currently oversee a 46-member custodial team supporting a K–12 school district, managing staffing models, workload distribution, and operational execution across multiple facilities.

I have also partnered with county-level facilities leadership in Oregon to support custodial program restructuring initiatives, including workforce redesign, workflow optimization, and resource alignment to improve operational consistency under constrained budgets.
